Halloween by Design will transport you to the spectacular world of classic monster films.
Comprised of 22 historic buildings, Star Hill Ranch is modeled after Texas Hill Country communities of the early 1900s. The carefully restored venue sits amongst the secluded, wooded beauty of the Austin Hill Country and offers a perfect setting for Halloween fun. The vintage Main Street village will be transformed into spectacular, immersive scenes inspired by classic Hollywood monster films woven into outdoor entertainment activities.
Classic Monster Bash will be designed with creative direction from Austin-based Hollywood set decorator Bart Brown, with collaboration from notable Austin designers including Komal Sheth of Spaces Designed. The gifted group of designers will construct dazzling and detailed interior sets that transport guests into the scenes of classic monster films such as The Wolf Man (1941), Dracula (1931), and The Invisible Man (1933). Frankenstein (1931) and Creature from the Black Lagoon (1954).
